Since 2001, I’ve worked as an international organizational consultant and executive coach.

My services focus on top-level alignment of people, vision, values, and strategy.

I’ve worked with leadership teams, Boards of Directors, and senior executives all over North America, Europe, and Asia. Clients have included large organizations such as American Express, General Electric, IBM, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Time-Warner, KPMG, and other multinationals — as well as smaller organizations and agencies: Granite State Independent Living, Lifespan, Erland Construction, The Office of the Mayor of the City of Providence, Care New England, The Boston Architectural Center, and many more.

My approach is grounded in action research, appreciative inquiry, systems theory, and Gestalt principles of organizational change.
