“The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”
– Albert Einstein
Since 2001, I’ve worked as an international organizational consultant and executive coach.
My services focus on top-level alignment of people, vision, values, and strategy.
I’ve worked with leadership teams, Boards of Directors, and senior executives all over North America, Europe, and Asia. Clients have included large organizations such as American Express, General Electric, IBM, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Time-Warner, KPMG, and other multinationals — as well as smaller organizations and agencies: Granite State Independent Living, Lifespan, Erland Construction, The Office of the Mayor of the City of Providence, Care New England, The Boston Architectural Center, and many more.
My approach is grounded in action research, appreciative inquiry, systems theory, and Gestalt principles of organizational change.
I’ve taught in executive education programs at the Harvard Business School, the Columbia Graduate School of business, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For inquiries about organizational services, please contact me at (401) 709-4295 or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
